GIRFEC - SELF EVALUATION

As you may be aware we are focusing on currently embedding National Policy Getting it Right for every Child (GIRFEC).
As a service we continually strive to improve the quality of care we offer and in order to achieve this we need your help. We have set up a self-evaluation station across from the Manager’s office to allow you to contribute to the evaluation of our service using a colour coded grading system. This will enable you to record your answers and grade each statement accordingly. We want to know if parents and carers think we are getting it right for their children. Your responses along with staff and children’s evaluations will help us identify what’s going well and if there are any areas we could improve on to support and promote your child’s wellbeing. This is a great way for our service to communicate with you and keep you up to date with what aspects of our service we are focusing on.
