SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

This year will be focusing on 3 key areas to further develop within our service;
ASSESSMENT FOR LEARNING – to improve formative assessment and support children to progress well in all areas of learning.
MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP– We aim to improve the staff appraisal, monitoring and review systems. Children’s needs will be met more effectively as staff reflect on their strengths and areas of improvement within their learning and teaching approaches
PARTNERSHIP WORKING - in lines with national guidance GIRFEC (getting it right for every child) we will be focusing on multi- agency approaches and supporting wellbeing to improve learning and meet the needs of all children.
