SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS

Winter time is apon us again and it is important that the nursery is able to contact parents should the need arise.
As you are aware we are coming into winter once again and may be faced with extreme weather conditions over the next few months. As a service we will be doing our upmost to stay open during these times however during times of emergency we need to be able to communicate more effectively with all service users.
During the winter months our website will be updated on a daily basis and any closures will be displayed along the green bar near the top of the webpage.
Another method we will be using to communicate with our parents will be through the uses of text. For this to be effective we need to make sure that all the mobile numbers we have are up to date. Over the next week staff will be handing each parent a letter informing them of the need for this information. Please take a moment to fill in the necessary information as this will ensure a smother communication process during the winter months.
Once again we will do everything we can to remain open at all times and hope that we can keep disruption to our service to a minimum.
